Over the past few weeks, Gartner has published three Hype Cycle reports that mention Pronto:
- Hype Cycle for CRM Sales Technology, 2022
- Hype Cycle for Communication Service Provider Operations, 2022
- Hype Cycle for APIs, 2022
These annual reports explain the maturity of solutions within their respective market and trends that analysts are seeing. Importantly, each of these reports contains a Partner Ecosystem Management Platform category that lists sample vendors, and Pronto is the only platform of its kind included in all three reports.
On the upward curve of the Hype Cycle you'll find Partner Ecosystem Management Platforms, considered a highly beneficial, maturing category. Gartner defines the category and explains how it changes the traditional indirect sales market.
We're glad to see that the business outcomes that are mentioned – better joint decision making, greater productivity, and sales enablement – align with what Pronto has built and what we're seeing with our customers.
